Narendra Modi concludes Sadbhavana Mission at temple town of Ambaji
Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Narendra Modi's speech concluding Sadbhavna Mission at temple town of Ambaji on February 12, 2012. Narendra Modi warned the elements, who have been opposing and defaming Gujarat on every issue for the last decade as he asked them to stop spreading lies against Gujarat and accept its strengths -- unity, peace and brotherhood of six-crore people of Gujarat. Shri Modi announced a development package of Rs.1,700 crore for the all round development of Banaskantha district. It May be recalled that development work worth Rs.1,100 crore have been in progress in the district. At least 15,000 people of the district voluntarily observed Sadabhavana Fast with Chief Minister at the same venue to express their solidarity with him.

Chief Minister Narendra Modi today cautioned the Centre against raining a rein of lies and atrocity on Gujarat, stooping to the extent of hurling abuses even at bureaucrats from the state. Rounding up his day-long Sadbhavna fast at Jetpur as part of his district-wise mission to hold such fasts at 33 places, he said the people of Gujarat would not tolerate the vote bank politics of divide and rule and other means to disturb the democratically elected popular government in the state. They would not tolerate Delhi repeat its loot of the nation in Gujarat. Modi announced on the occasion new development works worth Rs.2,250-crore for the entire Rajkot district. Earlier, during the Sadbhavna fast at Rajkot, he had announced development works worth Rs.1,100-crore for Rajkot city.
